Lead Time: For larger custom orders, please allow 6–12 weeks for production and delivery following final approval. Expedited air shipping is available for faster delivery.

How to start your custom order:
Step 1: Send us your design
Share the logo, artwork, or idea you have in mind. Finished or rough, whatever you've got, send it our way.
Step 2: We recommend the right hat
Based on your design, we'll suggest which of our hats works best — the style, color, and decoration method that'll make it look its best. Or– if you already know which hat of ours fits your vision, send us the style number!
Step 3: Get your quote
Once we've reviewed your design, we'll send you a price quote so you know exactly what to expect.
Step 4: Approve your mockup
Before we make anything, we'll send you a proof showing your design on the hat so you can approve every detail. Once you approve, we get to work and keep you updated all the way to delivery.
